Rf Adventure 2.2.3

Finnaly our tests came to an end and now we are finnaly opening the RF-Adventure server that is now running on a dedicated pc with high speed internet connection!
The dedicated is a dual processor xenon with 8 gb ram and 1 Gbit internet connection.
The server run smooth and the gameplay is lagless and fluent.
